Kathleen has been running regularly for over 40 years. Motivated initially by her career as an officer in the US Air Force, she started running longer distances in her 40s and 50s. She turned to yoga to counterbalance the stresses of running on her body, and has found yoga helps keep her injury-free. Kathleen completed training in Ayurvedic Yoga at Yoga Gem LLC in 2019 and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level (RYT 200). She is eager to help others benefit from balancing running with yoga.
