Bobbie Morris

Bobbie Morris is a 200-hour RYT teacher with over 35 years of experience as a Dietitian Nutritionist. Bobbie sought out yoga for herself after noticing subtle declines in range of motion, balance and body strength. After completing beginning yoga classes she discovered a great improvement in her functional range of motion, and she felt better. She continued her practice at the studio, at home and added Teacher Training. After graduation Bobbie found helping students realize they can practice yoga with the body they have great motivation for her teaching practice. Bobbie says, “Yoga can improve balance, sleep, self-image, helps reduce anxiety and allows us to be at peace with ourselves.”
