This 5 week program is designed to help develop good habits early in the yoga practice. The course will get students off to a good start with basic poses, alignment, breath and working with relaxed effort. To ensure students are at the same stage of learning all students begin and end at the same time. Getting basic concepts well established in the body is the best foundation for a safe and enjoyable yoga practice that will last a lifetime.
