Lunchtime Yoga Take a lunch break at Yoga Gem with this 45 minute mid-day class.   Stretch, strengthen, relax and breathe.  A yoga break can counter pose work related stress making for a more productive day.  Previous yoga experience is not required for this class.  A special Lunchtime Yoga Pass is offered.  Look for it when you sign up on line, or pay for it when you attend.
